How can i get free or cheap Dental work a major work. Pls guys i am only 23 and have no teeth oh how sad! And our Govt is bailing the Banks out and we are here poor and needy.

Guys pls help me i need dental work i lost all my teeth 4 years ago and now i have nothing on my mouth.  I have no Insrance and no money.  I had surgry 4 years ago and that is all.  Pls anybody i am need help.
